As an oldcel I know about little girls becoming adults near me. With old inmigrant foids who at least say "good morning" they with the pass of time become entitled and stop greeting you.

And in masculine scenarios like working if a foid appear they will mog you to let know the foid that you are worthless even before the foid can say hi to everybody.

So in my opinion other men are far more important in your development and behavior than women who are usually minding their own bussiness far away from you.

I don't think so, men are hard-wired to be assholes and to put other men down. Women are to blame because they reward that kind of behavior, but pretending men hold no agency is plain stupid.
