Should Colleges Implement Forced Participation?

Basically, the school system trains and encourages you to be low-inhib, extroverted, and to talk shit even if you're wrong; it's those people that succeed, not the guy (like yours truly) that busted his ass taking a bunch of advanced math classes, writing a thesis, and field research experience.

This is the result of more foids in the education system ngl
Whenever there were any assignments involving "be creative don't be boring teehee" it was always assigned by foid teachers or male teachers trying to jestermaxx and seem not "boring" to students ie in essence trying to appeal to the more extroverted way of doing things that favors foids.
