Actually he was between 18-20 years old. The reason I did not answer it is because I had not read it.

FYI you wouldn't need to or want to. You only think you'd need to get circumcised later because of your current bias, but if you were born intact you'd more than likely keep it... assuming you aren't cutting it for religious reasons.
