I'd think a better cope, if that is the aim of your smoking to cope, would be drugs. I'm thinking along the lines of weed, you can forget everything while you are high, or some other hallucinogen, you know, LSD, MDMA, that stuff. Or, if you want to slowly(ish) end your suffering, just do heroin. You'll end up overdosing eventually, either from Fentanyl being laced in it, or just from taking so much in one dose.
