5'8 isn't even that bad of a height. Yes it's short but not terribly so. Only a few inches shorter than average. Being anything more than nw2 is a death sentence unless you have excellent bone structure or are older than 30. And no amount of height is going to compensate for lack of hair with a meager 5/10 face in the prime of your youth.
