I feel like ricecels are the only people you can bully and get away with it. In the video this white guy just asked the Chinacel a very uncomfortable and even offensive question. Probably the worst thing you can ask a Chinacel, of course he didn't include the answer in the video. Even me who dislikes China wouldn't ask a Chinacel this question. He wouldn't dare asking the same question to some african, for example "What do you think about the white mans conquest of Africa"
