This. People forget just how far ahead Germany actually was technologically. By 1943 they had already developed the first operational jet fighter Me 262, the first cruise missile V1 the first ballistic missile V2. early night vision, advanced submarines with snorkels, proximity fuses and even conceptual stealth aircraft like Horten Ho 229 . Most of the Allied side including the Soviets were still using tech rooted in the 1920s and 30s so It wasn’t even close.
If the outcome of ww2 were different, Europeans would probably be flying wolfenstein tier supercarriers around the globe by 2080
