I got this from a yt video . The narrator explained it very well. The image is referring to bird characteristics.
According to this , it means if once a sexual preference is established in the instinctual minds of a large enough population of females, no matter what the preference is a positive feedback loop is initiated driving the reproduction of offspring with the desired trait.
You can imply many things from it which will be true btw.
