The answer is that all sex outside of marriage is immoral. All procreative sex within marriage is morally righteous & ordained by G-d.
With that being said, the hysteria around consensual relationships between post pubescent teens and people over 18 in our current age exist because we live in a feminist paradigm.
Age of consent laws were invented and pushed by feminists solely for the purpose to put low status/ugly males in jail. This is why Chads are almost never punished by these laws.
The condemnation should be on the sexual revolution in general, not this particularly.

The government should have no say in that.
They should just put a law against premarital sex.
Some people are ready to get married at 14 and others may not be ready until 22. It should be up to individual families on a case by case basis to decide that.
If we were to bring back arraigned marriages once again (or at least let the parents have a say), then this wouldn’t be an issue.
(I’m not saying you’re saying this but) This idea that if age of consent laws were abolished then men would start marrying 8 year olds or something like that is ridiculous. The vast majority of men aren’t pedophiles and don’t want to hurt young children. If anything, the reason we have more pedophiles now than in the past is because of the sexual revolution which the same people who pushed age of consent also promoted. If you have a degenerate society then degeneracy will abound.
