Venting Chadlite co-worker finds a new job within days after getting our bonuses but I've been looking for 3 years

For 3 years, I've been trying to leave my job. I've had interviews but always ended up getting rejected along the interview rounds. Yes, it's obvious I lack some social skills compared to my Chadlite coworker who was invited everywhere his whole life and made friends easily. This Chadlite started looking only this month and an email already went out saying he's leaving for a new job. This is only weeks after our bonuses got paid out.
