But in our current world, many sales are completed online, using phone calls and videoconferencing, and even the paperwork is signed online. Is there potential for brocels to chadfish sales?

There is no reason that your looks or even your ethnicity should hold you back. If you don't have an accent and are able to develop sales skills, insofar as those even exist, it should be possible to pull in money using a doctored LinkedIn photo and a video filter. The only strict requirement is a good or product to sell.

Actually in business to business sales is where these types of tactics work even less and it's moreso about just having a good product that business want to use. The requirements in business to business are very unique for each business, and usually you need to go through a good amount of training to understand the product and how to sell it.

When it comes to money people are just often more rational than finding a mate, and if a customer has a good understanding of what they want they're likely either going to buy or not regardless of the salesperson appearance. It can probably help a little bit but I think it's just simpler to try to get an actual business to business sales career than to try a strategy like this.
