Was benching heavy today while gymcelling. 290 for 5. Had a burst of low inhib and asked a Chad for a spot. After busting through them, the Chad put his arms on his hips and said "damn kid, you're a lot stronger than you look"!

Terminal blackpill for gymcels. I've been lifting for 5 years and I still look like a skinny high schooler. Double blackpill was the "kid" quip. Manletism+weak face = everyone things you're a kid.

Face it, gymcelling is pointless and I'm only doing it out of stockholm syndrome at this point. Frame is what makes you look "wide", not lifting.

This is what 5 years of hardcore gymcelling and strict diet has gotten me.

This is something a lot of people don't realize, not everyone has the bodytype that gets super swole. You can actually lift weights for years, be in really good shape and look skinny and unattractive. I've seen it first hand with some people. Genetics are everything.

You don't have genetics that make you not fat if you're eating 1000 calories more a day than you burn. EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING would eventually end up on my 600 lb life if they consistently ate 1600 extra calories a day, there is no Genetics that turns that massive calorie surplus into lean muscle without hard work.

Same for me. I get completely height mogged, frame mogged, and muscle mass mogged by all the guys that lift weights at my gym.
It can be really discouraging when I'm trying to lift and everyone completely outclassed me.

Not everyone's muscles grow in the same way, just like how some people are naturally tall and some are naturally short, some people naturally have unaesthetic muscles.

I'm sorry dude but with that physique, I find it hard to believe that you were able to bench 290 for 5 clean reps (pause at the bottom and w/o the Chad touching the bar on the concentric). All of the 170 pound lifters that I know, who are able to bench 315 (which you should be able to) are usually at least somewhat muscular. The more muscle you have, the stronger you will generally be. Maybe it's just the angle at which you took the photo, i don't know.

But yes, I know the feel. I get physically mogged by Chad's who lift half of what I lift.
