anime connection btw: we all know that the 2003 toon was anime influenced and we don't have a 'western comics' section here so this will do - anime and manga in japan refer to ALL comics/toons btw not just Japanese

I was curious about how Slade and Terra actually met so went and reread some of the source material - the last time I read Judas Contract was so long ago the name of the country didn't resonate with me since it was before I found incel culture and 'chad' memes, I think it predated the Gigachad Thundercock meme's birth entirely

I was curious about how the two met and Slade's account here seems like the closest we get to hit - but I don't nkow if they actually depict the first meeting in a flashback or if Tara gives a different/similar account of it, or what we learn of Tara's background prior to meeting Slade in Chad at 15. All I can seem to find is she was a mercenary.
