This post is for educational purposes only. I do not intend for anyone to purchase illegal substances as this is not the intention of this message.

I gymcel as a way to take out excess rage and help maintain general health. The biggest thing I've learned over my two years as a gymcel is that most of the Chads who workout consistently in my gym are not natural body builders but roided up fakes who would tell you in an instant that they're only using only legal gear and supplements, balanced of course by a proper diet of only healthy foods. Only for me to find one of these guys at a fast food restaurant a week later, eating two meals and drinking a large 24oz soda. After researching roids and the general uses, the results I've found are accurate to what I've seen at the gym with most of the heavy lifters, and also the guys who are cutting extensively. I literally can look at a guy now and tell if he's using or not. Same for all of the incel/normie types in HS who became Chads in college. If a guy doesn't actively play a sport or have a very physical job, but has a extremely well defined physique, just know there is a high chance he's using roids or testosterone for the boost.

Also testosterone levels in men have been declining for the past two decades.


Ask yourself, how are these guys getting these results without the same effort as a natural body builder. Genetics in even the best of men can only take you so far.

Natty "bodybuilding" is a joke.. Lifting is good, just don't expect massive muscle gains. Sure, you can maybe gain up to 5-10lbs of muscle in a year and maybe another few lbs after that, but that's it.

It was over before I realized what's going on and unsurprisingly I wasn't able to capitalize on it. There are foids out there who are muscle fetishists, but they are rare and tend to be landwhales and muscles will just open the door for you... briefly. Not worth lifting for them in my opinion.
 
I can confirm this since my uncle was a banker and was shredded, we all knew he was on steroids and after a year off steroids he became fat and started balding and looked like he aged 10 years, it was funny seeing him like that.

Pics 1 and 2 look like natties with average genetics, the jury's out on 3 and 4 though. The truth is that you don't know who's pinning and who's not, some people just have terrible genetics and barely look like they lift regardless of what they take. Case in point, I knew a 5'3" 60kgs tosser with 12" arms who had to use steroids to get up to a 105kgs bench press (which nuked his shoulder for life, LOL.)

I started eating 200 grams of protein a day and I've grown muscle without doing anything. It's not weight loss because even if I fasted for several days I wouldn't look as muscular.

I need to start going to the gym. I don't like squats. What can I replace them with? Squats fucked up by lower back before so I quit. Right now I'm getting lower back pain from way too much sitting. I don't want to do squats if I go to the gym.

My lower back is shit from years of sitting. I would need to do a bunch of stretching that I don't feel like doing. Also apparently my back isn't really built for low squats (butt wink) which is how I like to squat. Squatting to just 90 degrees feels pointless.

You know, you don't HAVE to pile on as many plates as you can when you squat. This was a mistake I made a decade ago, I now have a life-long back injury. Pity I didn't know back then that if you're looking to actually build muscle and not merely move a bar from A to B, you can get a good workout using a weight that's only 60-80% of your bodyweight for slow, controlled reps.

Of course, you can always do leg presses, hack machine squats, front squats, DB squats, split squats, step-ups, lunges, etc. But if you're using too much weight, you'll run into the same problem of risking an injury.

I decided that myself yesterday at the gym. I'm going to use a lighter weight and do more reps. I will slowly progress. Also slower controlled movements since the time I injured myself I did a fast squat with a heavy weight because some fitness youtuber talked about using the 'bounce' near the bottom. Also I'm only squatting to a 90 degree angle, not lower to the point where I suffer from butt wink. Thanks for confirming that.

No idea, but I'd say its not worth the risk. Once you're on TRT, you're never off TRT. I hope we get some risk free steroids but then everybody will be juicing

It didnt matter how much I changed or fixed my form. I've read alot about people getting fucked up backs from squatting so I'm taking the safe route and getting rid of them completely. They arent necessary anyways.

Your definition of a 7/8 vastly differs from mine. Yeah, some Chads are products of roids but most aren’t.

these "go heavy bro" powerlifter idiots fail to realize no one gives a shit how much they can lift. a lot of top NBA players don't even lift heavy. NFL players aren't allowed to lift heavy in season for a good reason.

Holy shit! Yeah, fuck heavy lifting man, atleast pertaining to lower body it really isnt necessary unless your trying to powerlift. Deadlifts were one of the first things I cut from my workouts. Never trusted that excercise
