Certain copes make me even more depressed

Every time I go to bed I try to imagine someone there with me. When doing so I take hours to fall asleep, some nights I can't sleep at all.
Also whenever I try to imagine this I keep subconsciously telling myself that it isn't real and that it never will be. sometimes this causes me to cry myself to sleep.

This is now making me depressed to go to bed because I know what awaits me.

Any Ideas as to how I can trick myself to make it seem real? or is it truly over:cryfeels:
 
Stop coping with imaginary dreams. Either cope harder or try to achieve it. That's all you can do

Why I never leave home
 
I put a pillow to my back (I sleep in embryonic position) so that I don't feel the emptiness. You can either get depressed about not conforming to normie standards or cope and try to get over it (at least partially). I used to imagine scenarios before falling asleep like finally meeting a foid I can ascend with, getitng my life back together, but it lead me to even more depression. Nowadays I try to meditate on what I've learned and try to organize next day, before I fall asleep and I encourage you to do so as well.
