I've been using it for a while now once or twice a week before I went to bed and washed it the next day out (used it for my hair and face as well). Since it's very viscous, I mixed it up with argan oil to make it more liquidly. Didn't notice any difference yet but I think it just needs its time like any other natural product. Try making a before after picture.
