Root beer
Authentic root beer is made from Sassafras, Wintergreen and other roots and spices (like cinnamon and ginger). Fermented for 2 days. Mildly alcoholic, hence the name "root beer". American versions don't contain anything but artificial flavors and CO2 cartridge carbonation rather than letting the yeast create alcoholic carbonation. Americans have never had real root beer.
Blackcurrant & gooseberry
Banned because they're a threat to the logging industry.
Marijuana and Hemp
A threat to the oil industry because you can run a car on hempseed oil made with a manual oil presser, everclear, lye and hemp biochar in a TLUD stove to produce carbon negative hemp biodiesel. Also a threat to the logging industry, because you can make paoer and toilet paper from hemp. Also a threat to the oil industry in making plastics, because you can make bioplastic from hemp, as well as cardboard, paper, toilet paper, foam and COVID masks. Also a threat to the alcohol industry.
