Hypocrisy Caring about Climate but not Legalizing Suicide

Everyone is so riled up about climate change when there is an extremely easy way to cut down on all emissions/environmental degradation by 1 to 2%: legalize suicide.

Right now 1.3% of all deaths are from suicide. If it were easy and risk free I'm sure the rate would at least double or triple, reducing population by 1-2% (since most people who rope are youngish). It's not violating anyones rights and would make a much larger impact than any other policy.

Most methods are hard to act on because they go against very deep instincts (like jumping off cliff) and risk you becoming a vegetable. More people would certainly do it if you just walked into a clinic and gradually drifted off to sleep.
