You're right. Also, being deprived of socialization is very bad for mental health so a normie with no friends can become an incel. I kinda found a way out of this — hobbies, in my case I attend drawing classes 2-3 times a week where I inevitably talk to people women included and also hikes like once every 2-3 weeks. I have a very hard time talking to someone in college or just random people at the gym for example, but in case of hikes or drawing courses the number of people is smaller and they come in all ages from 15 to maybe 80, so there are no annoying young people casts. Everyone talks to everyone, people get coffee together no matter what age or status, plus artists are very often kinda introvert so nobody cares if I'm ugly or awkward, I actually feel free there.
