Canthal tilt angle

Can someone explain what canthal tilt angle is? I think it’s my problem but I don’t know for sure.

The angle between your medial and lateral canthus, in layman's term the inner and outer corners of your eyes. A slightly positive canthal tilt is ideal, a neutral one is ok, a negative one is awful something which looks legit ugly and ruins your eyes. Luckily can be fixed easily with eye-surgery.
