LDAR Can't sleep time to take some pills

It seems that I've lost my ability to sleep like a normal person so I will resort to take sleep pills
Brutal I can't get my body to relax it's always on alert state

I don't know how people can get in bed, stay there a couple of minutes then fall sleep. I have to fall sleep as soon as I touch the bed otherwise I can't sleep

Brutal, man hope it doesn't stay a common thing for you like it is me its one of the most brutal things possible I can't even enjoy sleep in mylife both sleeping and awake are misery
