CAN'T REPLY TO COMMENTS (no button)

Apparently i can post, and edit posts. But the comment and attach buttons vanish upon a full page reload. They blink on and off as the page finishes.

It shows up in the middle of a page refresh, bur disappears on finish loading.

It's the same on mobile or standard view.

I tried deleting cashe, waiting a day, allowing all java, even the Damned googool java, and allowing all images. Non of that worked.

The text window shows a quote, WITH FORMAT HYPERTEXT. instead of the average clean tabled text look.

I experienced this earlier today and clearing my cache worked for me. Maybe it's the cookies because I cleared those too. Maybe try using a different browser to see if that's indeed the issue
