I think the bigger problem is how I get stared at and given extremely judgemental looks when I am out doing something alone. People even treat you worse if you go out alone. Customer service is worse too if that applies to the situation/place you are in at the time.

I don't even go outside alone anymore except to work, the store, the gym, or various appointments. If I ever go to an event or place of activity it is always with other people because if you're incel you are judged for being alone.

I wouldn't do this. If you spit on them and they decide to take it to the police they have your DNA. It can be considered assault. Or if they're ethnic (Asian, Black, Indian, etc...anything other than White) they can consider it a hate crime and you're in deep shit.
