You have to realize that you are a man now, and your value to society is measured much differently. Instead of being a hot young guy, or however the world used to see you, they are now measuring you by the metrics that we measure adults. How good of a leader you are, how successful you are, how connected to a community you are, how good of a parent you are, etc. You'll certainly still find women see you as attractive (and you may even find a few women who don't measure you by those new metrics, but that won't be the norm).
