Can't get a better job because I'm not NT. Right now I work a shitty job even though I can go to work as a code monkey in a local company. I have an acquintance who works there and he told me that they hire anyone even if they don't have enough skills they will train him, but I just can't as soon as I imagine that I will have to work there together with normies I get scared, I can't force myself to go to their office. I already had an interview in other company but the interviewer was a some manager middle aged foid she told me that she'll send me a test assignment and just ghosted me
