Why is finding a decent job so fucking hard I wait a week for an interviewer then I get a email back a week later rejecting me it’s fucking misery what do I do at this point

Relatable I cant even find one either.The only way most people find job now a days is from connecting from family in what I have seen.Thats how I was able to find my last job.
