1. You don't have a quality porn collection that's why. You've been fapping to shit that basically fits the same themes over and over.
For example, I remember one instance I wasn't aroused at all with the video I was watching despite wanting to fap, and it was only just white women and JAV porn I was fapping to for a while. Started up a video with a black woman, diamonds.
The male mind craves variety in sexual selection. If all you do is fap to JAV then porn is going to get boring, if all you do is fap to white women then porn is going to get boring, etc. Even teen videos get boring after a while and a good milf video which isn't even all that great seems top tier in that moment.
If you have enough porn folders in categories, sub-categories, etc. It's impossible to not find something you'll want to fap to.
The trick is to not go kamikaze and fap to everything randomly or else "the lines may blur". Fap to porn with black women until that feels bland, then move on to white women, then asian women, then etc, etc in sub-categories (mlif, teen, etc). By the time you cycle through everything the videos with black women will be arousing again because you haven't seen it in a while.
2. If you already have a large enough collection, it could be that you are pretty much cycling through your favorites and you don't even realize it. That happens to me often. Like 80% of my collection has barely been watched and has only been fapped to like twice, because there are some specific videos in every category that just better than everything else.
It's not a good idea to fap to those videos alone because then everything else is shit in comparison.
You really should download porn instead of streaming it, it just makes much more sense. You know there's a video that is one of your favorites or "one of the best you've seen", and one day when you go back looking for it, you won't be able to find it anywhere online. Plus there are other perks...

3. It also could be you fap to amateur porn, which is the closest an incel can get to be a cuckold, because you are literally jerking off to two adults who genuinely want to have sex with eachother without any exchange of payment, without any depiction of abuse, etc.
That shit is going to affect you mentally over time, because it's you watching over and over what you will never have. I've never fapped to amateur porn and I never will for that very reason. I know I won't find it arousing.
4. You could be doing some retardation like "edging for hours". I'll never understand the guys that do this, you are killing your dopamine receptors. It's also a complete waste of hours. It's going to take longer for your libido to go back to normal if you edge all the time.
