Venting Can't even catch a break while sleeping

I've had an anxiety inducing day involving foids, not gonna say what happened because to personal, went to sleep and even my dreams involved foid related anxiety scenarios, one being constantly rejected and treat like a subhuman by laughing foids, up now and depression and anxiety is at a high. Would probably rope but brain Alway making justifications not to
