So today I have officially begun planning for my death. Here's a brief outline:

-Fast for two weeks to lose rest of the weight
- If face leans out, suicide will be cancelled
- If face is still ugly.......
-Kill myself at a practice range or my workplace
I may livestream it for you guys but I'm somewhat hesitant because I don't want to be bestgore material.
It sucks I may have to die at 18 but I'd be avoiding a life of perpetual misery if I just put a bullet in my mouth now.

By 18 you have probably stopped growing and, if not, you'll only grow another cm or two. Your face will stay the same as well; let's hope it's decent under all that fat. However, make sure you fast correctly so that you don't end up with stretch marks or excessive sagging.
If you can find the courage to kill yourself, then go for it, but very few people do on their first attempt unfortunately. It's like a car driven into a lake: you have to wait until the water has filled the entire car until it depressurises so you can open the door and be free. Unless you have some major suifuel or an inescapable issue on a time constraint, then you probably won't be able to kill yourself yet. Just sit back and enjoy the ride for a bit longer, or do what many suicidal-but- not-suicidal people do and commit self destructive and reckless behaviour which will likely get you into debt/no friends etc. Then you will be able to do it. Obviously not advocating for crime or anything; I am just informing you of your options.
