Black families with decent incomes don't always have children who are academically successful because they usually attend schools that have less resources unlike white schools. Family Income has an affect on education but its not the sole factor that influences your performance in school.
This makes no sense. Black families with higher incomes would be living in better areas and therefore sending their children to better schools. Unless you think most blacks with money stick around in the hood or something

Does that mean Asians have genes which make them more intelligent than whites? No, Asians are not smarter than everyone else because of their genes, its because in their societies, education is highly valued. Even if they move to the US, their parents still push them to become highly achieves. If blacks and whites grew up in very similar environments without any barriers, you would see similar results but we don't live in a perfect world, this is why you won't see these results happen.

This response is also neglecting the fact that affirmative action/DEI also exist, meaning that the bar is lower for blacks than it is for whites, asians, etc. Yet many still can't meet that bar, why?
It's not a single factor, it's a combination of factors.
Not all minorities take advantage of affirmative action, it's only a bandage for a much bigger problem. That problem is systemic racism culture. If blacks were educated instead of being enslaved for hundreds of years, they would be completely different than what they are now.

but there are averages for each race.
and those averages are usually an indicator of the race as a whole, regardless of whether their IQ is influenced genetically or environmentally.
You can't dismiss these two factors because they influence your IQ.

That's not what I said.
Here's an environmentally influenced example, say a race on average is more poverty ridden and has less access to education.
They are probably going to score lower on iq tests and bring the average down, therefore the average iq of that race is gonna be low.
So a stereotype about that race being filled with dumbfucks will usually be fairly accurate.
