Well,since you said it was simple I assumed it just used a simple pattern. I got no idea about solving code honestly,so I wrote out the sentence you gave,but I put each word like in a column basically. Then,I arranged it,from top to down. I got wahroeuaylolindgofchorrimasst,something like that. I noticed the last part,which read "chorrimasst." Took a bit of time to click in my head,and realized you can use that to create christmas. After that,I took a bit of time and analyzed the rest randomly,trying to find words which could make sense and eliminated the letters I used as I went on. I got lucky I guess.
