I am pretty confident despite lack of supportive evidence. I know chances are bad and self improvement doesn't do huge leaps in statistical attractiveness.
But I know that the best version of me is more attractive than the current version of me. Even without surgery. This is enough to me. So might as well strive for the best; make that six-pack, take a shower and get a haircut.

I'm pretty sure castration only lessens your libido. I have low testosterone (low enough that I was on HRT for awhile), and tiny little nuts that have no umph in them, but I'm still horny all of the time. Even when I am impotent, due to porn-overdose or SSRI, I am still horny.
