Whatever class I’m in im thinking about fucking the girl next to me, and then multiple other thoughts override that thought and tell me it’ll never happen etc. I also hear my thoughts calling me ugly and a waste often whenever i try doing something productive. I’ve been bullied since I was in the 3rd grade. Idk if I’m a paranoid schizophrenic but my dad has been calling my behavior like that lately, and I’ve been acting like this for months. Anybody feeling this? :feelscry:

You might've created your own personal bully due to your own self hatred and/or inferiority complex. Try to isolate those thoughts and will them to go away, that's what I do anyway.

It's probably more than 50 percent genetic.

they do away when I go out for jogs, but other that I can’t really function lol. Any tips / exercises u use to isolate those thoughts ?

Nah, but I do think most of the people here have some disorder in the Cluster B and C of personality disorders. Focusing mainly on avoidant, borderline, antisocial, and paranoid of the odd cluster

If it's genetically dormant, then yes.

Well it depends on the person, like you said distraction is always good. For me I used to have a lot of trouble with fear in particular, but not so much now.

It might take a few minutes for you to relax, breathing exercises might help, but try to focus on visualizing yourself somewhere, it doesn't matter where. You'll probably get intrusive thoughts while doing this, usually something which is bothering you. Maybe it's a person you don't like, or your own perception of some sort of inadequacy, or something you're afraid of. For me, I tell myself that any of this is only as real as I want it to be, and I'll visualize myself take my hand and brush the object I don't like away, just will it out of my mind.

It sounds ridiculous, but it helps me tbh.

No it can't schizophremia is genetic. And thing you experience is subconscious brain telling you that you are worthless, meditation can silence those intrusive thoughts for a while, Inositol also helps with this a little especially if you have more severe version of that which is OCD along with anxiety.

this. i notice it happened to me as well

same, but I think this influence didn’t happen just on its own, cuz I was infact bullied before
