I deeply envy Syrians and Lebanese since they all look Mediterranean/European WHILE being in Middle East

Syrians ARE Mediterranean people, the idea of a "Middle East" where somehow the people are vastly different from Europeans is a modern myth. Steve Jobs is half Syrian (Arab from Syria) and he could easily LARP as a full White. As long as someone is familiar with how actual French people look I'm sure you can LARP as a Frenchie or an Italian. Most certainly as an Albanian.

Often when I see French people in real life I assume that they're "not White" because of their noses, hair, skin tone, eye colour, Etc. If I see an actual Syrian next to one it's night and day but if one isn't in the room it's hard to tell the difference.
