you can't develope autism. either you have it from a young age due to extreme trauma or birth defects or you don't. you should know this by now.
i know ( will need a brain transplant for this) but I've seen posts where some users said you could become autistic
the closest thing that could happen is that your brain gets damaged physically or you get a severe trauma like torture
