Every person has some chance of ascending, the chances depend on the person, his environment and his luck.

But personally I don't think there is a person with 0% chances of getting laid, even if you're Joseph Merrick. You can have it easier or harder, but not impossible unless you don't have a dick or are trapped in a bunker.
