I'm 42 years old and short. I consider getting limb lengthening, but a lot of people say I'm too old to recover from it.

Talk to a doctor who offers it and find out

damn you're a wizard too? brutal

lol what's the point. that'd be like getting a hair transplant at 50.

Nigga you are too old for this shit now. Use the money for copes.

Way too late for all that

Limb lengthening is easily the most risky looksmaxxing/blackpill surgery that exists. Lots of guys have ended up permanently crippled from it and once you're past 30 the risks are even higher. There's a guy that itv/rehab room covered, he made a channel called "the looksmaxxing channel". He got limb lengthening surgery overseas, and now he can't walk and likely never will (he seems to be in denial about this).

This channel is one of the most depressing things I've ever seen. Keep in mind, he was younger than you.

Anyway, at 42 it's certainly not worth the risk. At your age it's just over. I'm close to your age myself, so I understand what it's like to be a middle aged truecel. I understand that urge to do "just one more thing" in a desperate (and ultimately futile) attempt to attract women. I understand that feeling that life is passing you by can be almost unbearable at times. But at a certain point, you just have to accept the fact that women will never want you.

I checked his sign-up info and he claimed to be 42 on it as well.

I but I mean, maybe he is trolling, anything an anonymous (or even non-anonymous for that matter) person says on the internet should be taken with a grain of salt. But I think a lot of zoomers have a tough time imagining middle aged men being on the internet, and specifically being in the same circles as they are.

If I joined this forum in 2025, stated my age, and posted my life story (especially the more "extreme" aspects thereof) I'd probably be called a troll/larper.

Most people at 40 get bone issues naturally and you are intentionally causing high risk and low recovery.

Don't do this if you want to have good health.

My condolences bro

Way too late for all that
OP thinks after he breaks his legs at 42 all the stacies are going to run to him because he went from 5'5 to 5'10.

He's better off being a gymcel and other stupid copes.

Why injure yourself with torture to stay the same in a female's eye.

It was over a long time ago, at 42 you should be rasing your hypothetical kids by now. Not asking for cosmetic consultation on the incel dark web

Just find nice copes and cope

It's not even comestic it's just torture. How does he think it'll solve his problems if he's 42.

Sure 5 extra inches would be nice but it's risky especially at his age.

Don't. It's not worth fucking your life up forever just to get an additional 3% in height.

i would say go for it if you were in your 20s

however, as it stands, it is over.

a few inches of height will not repair your traumatized neurodivergent incel brain.

I wouldn't recommend it. Just try height frauding with the shoe lifts instead.

That's truly depressing. The channel you linked to shows the reality of limb lengthening. The guy went through hell and now he's crippled. That's a nightmare. And to think they guy was younger than me too... I'm 42 and it's like you said. It's over. We've been alive, but we never lived. We've never experienced affection or love. I guess we just have to accept the truth. Thanks for showing me that video, bro. It really opened my eyes.

I've tried height frauding with lifts and they do make a difference. It's not the same as being tall naturally, but it's better than nothing.

No surgery for autism

no , don't . it's too risky at this age. but if you have trusted orthopedic u can actually check your bone density and regeneration capacity. but yeah ,"trusted" orthopedic because most doctors would tell u otherwise for mone obviously.

at that age no its not worth it. u wont recover right and u wont even get wwhat a 25 year old u would get. just cope with other things and buy androids when u are 65.

I think you're too old for LL in your 40s. Compared to other surgeries, LL is especially invasive and expensive. Even when you're in your 20s and 30s, you risk crippling yourself and the recovery period is brutal. At your age, you will also naturally see diminishing returns as you will have to deal with aging and hair loss. I would just use that money to buy some solid copes. Maybe look into surrogacy if you want kids.
