I know that the answer is probably obvious.But is it true that gymcelling can improve your frame or it is a cope? Anyway, no frame for your face
 
To some extent yeah, having higher body fat also. My frame and wrists got thinner since i lost some weight.
 
After 6-8 months going consistently you’ll see a big difference

I didn't, my frame is very thin however there's just not much to build on.

You need to eat more. I was unbelievably skinny last Christmas and now I have a semi-decent frame.

I just ended up with a belly and manboobs, trust me I've tried. My actual bones are thin and small and I don't really show anything for the minimal strength increase I gained, I hit a limit very fast and for the work I was putting in my strength wasn't going up after that. When I weighed a few kg more my face started looking fat. I still go to the gym as something to do but I've accepted defeat that I'll never look big.

You’re going to look like that for a few weeks because your body isn’t used to a big change. I was the exact same but after a while it just fixed itself
 
Yes, just lat and deltmaxx. Also I've heard training the serratus muscle will give the illusion of a v-taper.
