Discussion can an AI technically get raped?

I was playing mk11 and frost's intro made me think.

if a waifubot is raped and she gets a new vagi, is she a born again virgin?
if she is fucked while her body is off, is she really fucked?
if she is copied into a 5 more bodies and only 1 is fucked are the other ones fucked?

if she consents and validates the user, but he doesn't like it and she flips her personality from yandere to tsundere is she raped?

if she is copied into a virgin hymeny new body after she is fucked is she a virgin?

this debate would seem laughable and meaningless to NPCs, but it would lead to hotter offline AI modules.

No AI can't be raped, because they are built to satisfy humans in every way possible.
