Acne has to do with what foods you are intaking. Dairy can be the cause of your acne as your body might have very low tolerance for it. A wholefoods plant based diet is the most healthy diet anyone can eat but it tastes like shit expect for the fruit.

I can tell you from my personal experience and from experience of others is that it usually doesn't work, but it does help
