I don't think so. Assuming you don't rope (but it's a strong possibility) or die because of loneliness caused illness, your libido drops and with it you accept better what your life is lacking. You'll still be heavily traumatized, cynical, bitter, etc, but also numb to inceldom. You will become one of those old guys who lives alone and is only noticed when he dies, because of the smell, and not even appear on your own statistic.
