As others have said, it's not worth investing time in reddit. Any sub that gains traction will just be banned.

Some of the hate reddit gets is a bit unfair. But only a bit. If you follow any subreddit or ever look at the big front page ones, your brain will be corrupted by the garbage. But if you know a few good posters and follow only them, you can occasionally see an insightful post from a user. Every subreddit I have ever seen is awful though - only a few posters are any good.
