Let's assume that every child showers for the first time at 6 months of age

Age 1-6 will probably be warm showers by mom, we won't be counting that

What counts as ascension?
Getting laid (consensually)

The average man looses his virginity at around 17-18 years of age

18-6 = 12
12x365 = 4380

This is assuming that you shower once a day.

Let's say you shower twice a day (which is recommended btw)

4380x2 = 8760

The average man takes 7 sick days a year

7x12 = 84
84x2 = 168

Let's deduct the sick days

8760 - 168 = 8592

Let's say that the average kid gets 16 weeks off annual school holiday

16x7 = 112
112x12 = 1344
1344x2 = 2688

8592-2688 = 5904

So, it takes on average 5904 cold showers to get laid
