Add your dad's age at your birth (or your oldest sibling's) to your paternal grandfather's age at your dad's birth (or his oldest sibling's) to your maternal grandfather's age at your mother's birth (or her oldest sibling's) (all males in your immediate family), then divide by 3. You should get a number which is the average age at birth of offspring.
x = age of father at birth of his eldest offspring
y = age of paternal grandfather at birth of his eldest offspring
z = age of maternal grandfather at birth of his eldest offspring
I got 33. That means that if I do have a child, based on the mean age at birth of the eldest offspring in my family, I would have a child at 33.
