Discussion Caffeine and Adderallcels

How bad do you think this is? I usually have 1 ice coffee from McDonald’s, two energy drinks and half a Adderall pill every day. Am I killing my self or am I okay? I do not sleep well. Maybe like 5 hours a day so I have to have all this shit to make up for it.

I mean, it certainly isn't good for you. But I used to mix caffeine and adderall/vyvanse 3 times a week for months, just so I could stimfap for the entire day. And I'm not dead yet. I certainly screwed up my dopamine receptors from it though.

I cant get Adderall so I take 15-20 ephedrine pills. you'll be fine.
