Caesar is a smart baldcel he recognizes that foids if given freedom by men they will whore around, abort children, and cause low birthrates. so how does mighty Caesar solve this? by enslaving foids and giving the men breeding quotas. this gives him many soldiers and allows him to create a great empire and the main soyCR(the main antagonist faction in the game that has foid rights) is losing easily against him and without literally the main character the soyCR gets easily beaten. of course his faction isnt liked by soyedditors because anything that isnt worshipping foids in this century despite the mountain of evidence on how giving them any sort of rights is horrible for society.
