I want to buy very cheap abounded, wore down houses and simply work on it by myself. If I had a moving truck I could get a lot of free equipment and items from people who want to get rid of it online. People give away tons of useful stuff online due to space concerns. I have seen like 5 nice looking pianos online that you can pickup for free.
