im currently 135lbs at 5'9
im tracking calories (on 4000 a day atm) and force feeding , drinking half a gallon of milk or more every day
inb4 niggas say im going to gain fat with such a high surplus, yeah i know. ive been skinny my whole life , i might discover i have god tier fat distribution genetics . unlikely but possible
 
my deadlift has gone from 175 to 210 since ive started bulking i want to hit 300 by the end of the year

@zerozerozero Eat 20-25% surplus on your training days with extra protein in your meals. You don't need to eat like a fucking fatass.
