if your a high tier incel for example if your tall you can ogremaxx and become muscular or if your a whitecel you can play JBW theory and SEAmaxx but for a high tier incel who is in the west building a social circle is extremely important to do if you plan on trying to ascend

because if you look at the statistics about 40% of dating happens online so if you dont have a social circle your missing out on the other 60% of dates that happen offline in social circles

now one thing is a must is you must either be Neurotypical or be able to Larp as a neurotypical now if you can do that while also looksmaxxing it may be possible to ascend if your tall "Just be tall bro" and "Just be confident"

now this is not a tried and true method but its a good cope and its better than rotting in bed all day and all night

I mean if your going to be an incel its better to have friends to keep you company and even if you do get friendzoned its better to be friendzoned by a girl than to not have any friends at all

Unfortunately this is the hardest thing to actually improve and is probably impossible in 95% of cases.
I did manage to make some social connections but the kinds of people willing to interact with me are somewhat social misfits themselves and that doesn't really help you out all outside of not making you look like a weird loner.

there are entire forums on reddit, discord, social sites that are dedicated to people who are high inhib or autistic and they also have entire support groups on facebook you can find in your area

That's why I lost all hope, I have zero friends outside internet, and I'm not attractive enough to attract foids, so dating apps are out of the question. Also, when you loose all your contacts, you can't make new ones, because nobody wants to associate with you if you have no social connection.
