I found this in my psych files from before I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. This is from 2020 I believe.
"The mother points out that she has wondered whether the boy might have a fundamental difficulty – she has worked with people with Asperger’s and feels that (patient name) may have several traits that resemble this. Both parents describe a boy with limited empathy – primarily when something affects him personally or is important to him. He does not understand irony and presents with tendencies toward grandiosity. He also seems to operate with his own understanding of reality without fully recognizing his own role or contribution. He does not like physical contact and experiences eye contact as uncomfortable. He has also stated that he does not like getting to know people – “I don’t get the hang of it.” The parents believe this may relate to others’ expectations regarding how one should behave and the roles one is expected to take in social interactions. The mother further states that she has always felt that there has “been something about the boy” and mentions ADHD/ADD."
